a) WARM UP:

  • 26 burpees!  Happy Bday Danika!

Then 3 Rounds:

  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 lunges
  • 10 empty bar push presses
b) STRENGTH: Push Press

  • 4 Sets of 6 Reps: @ 75% of 1RM Push Press

Rest as needed between sets, but aim to keep it to 3:00 or less.

c) WOD:

  • 20 Lateral Barbell Burpees
