Our facility, located at 250 Sioux Road in Sherwood Park, Alberta. We are located in the west part of Sherwood Park.

We have two bathrooms with showers.

Our 5,400 square feet of work out space gives us ample area to plan many types of workouts with many types of equipment.

We have a private sound proof massage room for our massage therapist to do therapy.
