CrossFit Classes

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program with the aim of improving, among other things, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

We believe in creating a solid foundation of strength and technique. At CrossFit Sherwood Park, you will build strength through our programming. Our coaches will help you progress to become a stronger, fitter you!

Are you intimidated because CrossFit Sherwood Park is too hard core? We have ALL levels of fitness, ALL ages and ALL types of bodies training here.

    Do you have any adaptive classes? I’m interested in wheelchair crossfit. I am a t4 paraplegic meaning I have limited core function
