I believe massage therapy is key in aiding in injury prevention/rehabilitation and athletic performance. Regular massage therapy treatments can help with proper body alignment and biomechanics, improve joint mobility and muscle function, and can contribute to overall better health.
I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy Toronto in 2016, and I have been practicing massage therapy for the last 2 years. I also have a Bachelor of Physical Education and Recreation degree from the University of Alberta. I have taken specialization courses in Myofascial cupping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and like to emphasize rehabilitation as part of my treatments.
I have had the opportunity to work with CrossFit athletes, marathon runners, triathletes, Ironman competitors, Olympic lifters, OCR/Tough Mudders, as well as hockey, track and field, golf and martial arts athletes.
My goal is to help my patients achieve their personal and athletic goals by using a combination of techniques tailored to fit your individual needs.

Meet Dr. Caitlyn
Chiropractic is a great tool for any athlete; whether you’re a weekend warrior or someone more competitive. Chiropractic care can improve athletic performance, increase range of motion, and decrease pain and recovery time.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Honours at the University of Saskatchewan. I got my Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
My treatments consist of a diversified approach involving manual adjustments, myofascial release therapy (MRT), rehab exercises, dry needling techniques and most importantly patient education. I believe in empowering our patients to take control of their own health and wellness and together we can achieve their health and fitness goals. Additionally, I am certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture and trained in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).
I am from a small town in Saskatchewan, where I enjoyed a variety of different sports. While attending university, I found a love for CrossFit and competitive cheerleading. While I no longer compete in cheerleading, I still workout regularly and coach at CrossFit Sherwood Park.
