Hi Paul, come in for your first class for free and we can talk about your membership options. Our space is great so we don’t get over crowded and we currently don’t require people to pre-register for classes. If you have any other questions, please email us at info@crossfitsherwoodpark.com. See you soon!

Hi, I’ve never done Crossfit, but very interested in joining, although I work out of town on a 14/7 rotation. Are your memberships flexible with people’s schedules? I don’t want to pay a full month if I’m only in the city for one or two weeks throughout the month.

Hi Valene,
I just saw this message sitting in my junk box. I apologize about the delay replying.
We have a 10 visit and a 20 visit punch pass for members with work schedules similar to yours.
If you are still interested in coming for a visit, we welcome it.
Cheers,
Glenn

Hey! Was just checking how much it would cost for a month unlimited and didn’t see that option in the purchasing category. Was wondering if I missed it somewhere or if it’s no longer an available option?

It’s an option! Those memberships are available for purchase in the gym.

How suitable would cross fit or cross fit fitness be for a couple of oldies (70 & 75) who have fallen off the fitness wagon in the past two years?

Hi Joyce,
For some reason I didn’t see your message until today. My apologies for not replying until now.
Of course CrossFit would be suitable. We have several members of our community over 60. We have a discussion with you regarding your history, injuries and other things. We see how you move and ask you your goals. Then we scale any of our movements and workouts to what you can do. We have fun, but one of our goals is to make you better and to make the time you spend with us to be the best time of your day.
I hope this message reaches you and if you are still looking to try us, please come on down.
Best,
Glenn

Hey! I’m in the area for work and was hoping to come in to an evening class to try it out. I have been doing crossfit for several months at my hometown gym.
Please let me know when I could stop in for a trial class!
Thanks so much

Hi guys, I will be working in the Sherwood Park area for a couple of months and would like to get into Crossfit. Do you have any pre-requisites for getting right into classes, or can I jump right in with you?
I’ve never been part of a Crossfit gym, but my trainer in Calgary heavily focused on Crossfit based movements along with Olympic lifting.
Thanks in advance!
Erik.
