At CrossFit Sherwood Park, we understand that for you to successfully achieve your fitness goals, you need a coach in your corner. Our coaches spend one on one time with you to talk through your goals, assess your current fitness levels and performance, and then design a completely unique training program that provides the most efficient pathway to your aspirations.
You’ll have direct contact to them at any time, video check ins and movement assessments if need be, and YOUR coach will monitor, discuss and modify your training program as you develop as an athlete.
Meeting: Goal Setting and Action Planning – in person or on the phone
Program Design – After meeting to discuss your needs, your coach will have a better understanding to be able to design a completely individualized program that is tracked and monitored through FitBot (online program/app to communicate easier and more efficiently).
Workouts – All your workouts and day to day communication will be tracked through FitBot. All this can be accessed through your phone, where you will receive your weekly schedule
