CrossFit Sherwood Park’s Team Training provides a break in routine and adds variety and intensity to your overall training program. Whether it be a team of youth recreational hockey players or ultra competitive university athletes, failing to prepare, is preparing to fail.  Our team of dedicated fitness professionals is ready to make sure that does not happen.  We teach general fitness skills and build strength that will enable you to express your sport specific skills better. All our Team Strength, Conditioning and Mobility programs are designed to help reduce the risk of injury to your players.  Our focus is on proper technique, mobility, strength, power and explosiveness.

Our goal is to not just help you be stronger or improve your conditioning, but to improve your overall athleticism in general as it relates to your specific sport!  This includes:

  • Triathletes and Marathoners
  • Hockey players
  • College and National level Baseball players
  • National level martial artists
  • Local and Provincial Level Rugby players
  • Spartans, Tough Mudders and and Obstacle Course Race (OCR)

  1. Hello. I saw your ad in my Pot of Gold Community Coupon Book and was inspired to check into your facility.

    I was in a car accident April 2014. I have been going to Physio since for my neck and back and it is time to get back into working out.

    While I was healing I gained a lot of weight from being stressed out due to my life and workouts being halted from one individual failing to stop at a stop sign and insurance not being the easiest to deal with. 😢 I am ready to find me again!

    What is the cost to hire a personal trainer to get me started? I just don’t feel I have the strength for a class just yet…big I will!!!👍
