No matter if you are looking for a new challenge or haven’t worked out in years, our knowledgable instructor will make sure you are safe and having fun!

Take the guesswork out of your workout. Our instructor will lead you through 45 minutes of effective muscle-building, heart-pumping fun. Classes start January 9th, 7:15-8:00 AM and run for six weeks on Tuesday and Thursday.
