It’s day 4 of blackout week!

 

a) WARM UP:

3 rounds of:

  • :30 s assault bike
  • :30 s row
  • 10 squats
  • 20 arm circles
  • 4 sprints
b) WOD:

30 mins AMRAP:

  • Wheel of FUN!

– roll 4 dice to determine the # of reps

– spin the wheel to see what movement you will be doing

– do not do back to back similar movements
