  • Run 100 meters
  • 10 tuck jumps
  • 30s plank
  • 10 walking lunges
  • 30s handstand hold
b) WOD:

In a 2 person team*

For Time:

2 Rounds (1 Each)

  • 15 Handstand Pushups
  • 15 Burpees

2 Rounds

  • 30 Front rack lunges 95/65
  • 30 lateral bar over burpees

2 Rounds

  • 45 cals on the assault bike
  • 45 burpees to a 6″ target

**Partner 2 can start their work when Partner 1 starts their burpees on each round, partner 2 cannot at any time pass partner 1
