a) WARM UP:

2 Rounds

  • 10 Dumbbell Strict press
  • 10 Bent over rows
  • 10 lateral raises
  • 10 banded pull aparts
  • 10 scap retractions
  • Run 200 meters
b) STRENGTH:

3 Sets:

  • Max Strict Pullups
  • 10-15m handstand walk (or 2 minutes hs practice)
c) WOD:

For time

  • 30 power snatches (Rx: 135/95, Rx+: 155/105)
  • 30 strict handstand pushups (P: strict presses – choose weight to do 6-7 reps at a time)
