10 lateral raises
10 banded pull aparts
10 scap retractions
Run 200 meters
b) STRENGTH:
3 Sets:
Max Strict Pullups
10-15m handstand walk (or 2 minutes hs practice)
c) WOD:
For time
30 power snatches (Rx: 135/95, Rx+: 155/105)
30 strict handstand pushups (P: strict presses – choose weight to do 6-7 reps at a time)
