a) WARM UP:

  • 400 meter run
  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 20 Glute bridges
  • 20 Samson stretch
b) WOD: Murph

  • Run 1 Mile aka 4 laps
  • 100 Pullups
  • 200 Pushups
  • 300 Air Squats
  • Run 1 mile aka 4 laps

*Must be done Chipper style

*Rx is with a 20/14lb weight vest, P is half Murph

*Option: With a partner – splitting reps as necessary
