  • 5 Jump and Shrug
  • 5 High Pulls
  • 5 Hang Snatch
  • 5 Behind the neck Push Press
  • 5 Overhead Squats
  • 5 Heaving Snatch Balance (dip and drop)
  • 5 Hang Squat Snatch
b) STRENGTH:

  • Minute 1-2-3: 3 Hang Squat Snatch at 65% of 1RM

Minute 4 Rest

  • Minute 5-6-7: 2 Hang Squat Snatch @72% of 1RM

Minute 8 Rest

  • Minute 9-10-11: 1 Hang Squat Snatch @80%

Minute 12 Rest

  • Minute 13-14-15: 1 Squat Snatch @90%
