3 sets of:

  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 10 banded pull aparts
  • 10 squats
  • 10 inchworms
  • 10 bird dogs
Olympic work:

b) Clean: Work up to a heavy single power clean (15 mins)

c) Clean: Work up to a heavy single squat clean (15 mins)

d) Clean Pulls with Pause 1 inch off floor (pause for 2 seconds): 3×3

e) Clean Pull: 2×3
