a) WARM UP:

3 rounds of:

  • Walking lunge from post to post
  • 5 push ups
  • Bear crawl back
  • 10 glute bridges
b) STRENGTH/SKILL:

Clean Skill

On the Minute x 10:

  • 3 power cleans @ 65-70% for all sets
c) WOD:

On the 3 min x 5 rounds:

  • AMRAP of 5 power cleans + 5 lateral burpees over the bar + 15 sit ups

(RX = 135/95, RX+ = 165/110)
