a) WARM UP:

  • 5 min row

3 sets of:

  • 10 dowel pass thrus
  • 10 dowel overhead squats
  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 10 banded pull aparts

Finish with 7 way hips

 

b) OLY TEST DAY!

  • Take 25 mins to work to a heavy snatch – possibly a max
  • Take 25 mins to work to a heavy clean and jerk – possibly a max
