a) WARM UP:

3 rounds of:

  • 20 arm circles
  • 10 sit ups
  • :30 sec front plank
  • :30 sec Left side plank
  • :30 sec Right side plank
b) STRENGTH:

Complete in any order:

  • DB bench press 5 X 10 @ AHAP
  • DB bench flies 5 X 10 @ AHAP
  • Barbell Curls 5 X 10 @ AHAP
  • DB hammer curls 5 X 10 per hand @ AHAP
  • Strict Dips 5 X Max Reps

** challenge – try and nose breathe when you’re doing the reps
