Partner WOD: 30:00 AMRAP
*Partner A performs 1 rep of each, partner B perform 1 rep of each, partner A performs 2 reps of each etc…
*Pause for 5 seconds at: 1 inch off the floor, below the knee and launch position (above the knee), and at the catch
*take 10 seconds to get up to the high hang position and then snatch.
*put all that position work to the test!
