a) WARM UP:

3 rounds of:

  • Jog to the end of the gym and back
  • Side shuffle to the end of the gym and back
  • 10 air squats
  • 10 empty bar cleans – mix power and squat
b) STRENGTH:

Cleans

  • a – Work to a heavy power clean – 10 mins
  • b – Work to a heavy single squat clean starting at the end of part a for an additional 10 minutes.
c) WOD:

Sandbag/dball Grace ish

  • 30 Clean and Jerks

**Every min – 5 burpees over the sandbag (choose a weight that is moderate)
