a) WARM UP:

  • 29 Burpees for y’all!

2 sets of:

  • 20 Arm Circles
  • 10 Glute bridges
  • 10 Dowel pass thrus
  • 10 Dowel squat snatches
b) STRENGTH:

Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):

  • High Hang Squat Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch @ 70%
c) WOD:

  • 400m Run
  • 12 KB Swings
  • 8 Deadlifts (245/165)
  • 4 Heavy sandbag/dball ground to over shoulder
