  • 10 dowel pass thrus
  • 10 dowel overhead squats
  • 10 snatch balance drops
  • Run to the end of the gym and back
b) Strength: Hang Squat Snatch

  • Take 15 mins and build to a Heavy Single
c) WOD:

  • 7 Chest to Bar Pull ups
  • 7 Box Jumps Overs (30/24)
