  • 200m Bearhug dball/sandbag carry (½ to ¾ bodyweight)
  • 10 Cals Assault Bike (ARMS only)
  • 1 sled pull (inside) – length of rope – simulated rope climb (45/25 on the sled)
  • 200m 2 handed farmer carry (55/35 kettlebells or dumbbells)
