  • Run 200m
  • 10 Ring Rows
b) STRENGTH: Power snatch

  • Take 15 mins to establish a heavy 1RM for today.  
  • Then, finish with 5 singles at 80% of what you just got.
c) WOD:

3 Rounds For Time:

  • 75 Double Unders
  • 5 wall walks
  • 15 Power Snatches (115/85)
