a) WARM UP:
400m run
Then 3 rounds of,
10 dowel pass thrus
10 dowel snatch balance
10 dowel overhead squats
b) Snatch practice:
Snatch Balance – 8 sets x 2 (increase weight)
Snatch complex – power snatch + full snatch + overhead squat: (1+1+1) x 5 increase weight for each set if it is feeling good today
c) Jerk practice:
Heavy Jerk drives – 3 sets x 3 reps @ 90-95% of max jerk
