a) WARM UP:

  • 400m run

Then 3 rounds of,

  • 10 dowel pass thrus
  • 10 dowel snatch balance
  • 10 dowel overhead squats
b) Snatch practice:

  • Snatch Balance – 8 sets x 2 (increase weight)
  • Snatch complex – power snatch + full snatch + overhead squat: (1+1+1) x 5 increase weight for each set if it is feeling good today

 

c) Jerk practice:

  • Heavy Jerk drives – 3 sets x 3 reps @ 90-95% of max jerk
