a) WARM UP:

  • 400m run

Then 3 rounds of,

  • 10 banded good mornings
  • 10 empty bar deadlifts
  • 10 bird dogs
b) STRENGTH:

  • Deadlift 5-5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1

Try to increase every set.

c) WOD:

  • Sled Sprints (outside) – Empty sled – sprint forward 75m as fast as you can.

Rest 3 mins between efforts – 5 ROUNDS.
