a) WARM UP:

  • 50 burpees – Happy bdays to Heather, Sandra and Cynthia!!  

 

c) WOD: OCR training

30 min AMRAP:

  • 25m Sled pulls inside  (2 handed backward) (90 LB)
  • 25m Bearhug sandbag carry inside (heavy – but must be taken from the ground)
  • Run 100m with medball (20/14) – run to speed bump and back
  • 25m Bear Crawl inside
  • 2 handed Farmer carry outside – 100m (50/35) – take these from inside so you’re going up and down the stairs
  • Run 100m with medball (20/14)

** if it’s raining, all work will be done inside – runs & farmer carries will be done outside no matter the weather
