a) WARM UP:

  • Row/bike for 2 mins

3 rounds:

  • 10m bear crawl
  • 10 glutes bridges
  • 10 sit ups
b) STRENGTH/SKILL:

  • The Turkish Get Up

20 minutes to work on technique and to find how much can you lift and how your balance is.

c) WOD:

10 Rounds For Time:

  • 20m Farmers Carry @ close to BW in each hand (cone to cone)
  • 20m Sandbag Carry @ close to BW (cone to cone)

** pick a weight that is challenging

** athlete can chose to pick the bag/ball up from the ground (Rx) or from a raised position
