a) WARM UP:

  • Row for 2 mins, then:

8 min AMRAP for quality reps:

  • 10 banded good morning
  • 10 glute bridges
  • 10 lunges per leg
  • 10 banded pull aparts
b) Strongman Team WOD:

Teams of 3 – similar strength.

30 min AMRAP:

    • Farmers carry relay x 9 lengths As Heavy As Possible (3 lengths per person)
    • Sandbag/dball shoulder carry relay x 9 lengths As Heavy As Possible (3 lengths per person)

*Any drops in those 3 lengths = 5 burpee penalty for the team

**Every 5 mins – everybody holds a 0:30 front plank
