a) WARM UP:

8 min AMRAP for quality reps:

  • 10 banded good mornings
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 10 glute bridges
b) WOD:

  • Tire flip and dball clean technique  

25 Rounds:

  • 1 Dball/sandbag clean over high box (make it a challenging weight and height)
  • 1 burpee then get over the high box
  • 1 Dball/sandbag clean over high box
  • 1 burpee then get over the high box
  • 2 heavy tire flips

c) ACCESSORY:

  • Bearhug hold a dball or sandbag for 5 mins.
