a) WARM UP:
8 min AMRAP for quality reps:
10 banded good mornings
10 push ups
10 jumping jacks
10 glute bridges
b) WOD:
Tire flip and dball clean technique
25 Rounds:
1 Dball/sandbag clean over high box (make it a challenging weight and height)
1 burpee then get over the high box
1 Dball/sandbag clean over high box
1 burpee then get over the high box
2 heavy tire flips
c) ACCESSORY:
Bearhug hold a dball or sandbag for 5 mins.
