WOD for Boxing Day!

Grab yourself a partner for today’s workout!

Conditioning and Core:

2 rounds of:

Partner A: Max Plank Hold
Partner B: 25 burpees

Watch the clock on the plank hold, score is cumulative time holding the plank. When Partner B completes 25 burpees partners switch until each partner has completed it twice.

If you don’t have a partner, complete as above but complete as a max effort hold on the plank. Once you break, you switch exercises.
Butts and Guts:

1 round for quality:

50 alternating lunges
50 plank shoulder taps
50 alternating lunges

Take breaks as needed. Scale the number of reps if needed.
