a) WARM UP:

  • 2 min row

8 min AMRAP:

  • 15 dowel pass thrus
  • 15 squats with dowel
  • 15 behind the neck push press with dowel
  • 5 burpees
a)   Snatch Balance:

  • 7 sets × 3 reps. Work up to a fairly challenging triple, but no misses!

 

b) 3 Position Snatch (high hang, just above knee, floor):

  • 5 sets @ 65%

 

c) Snatch grip pulls:

  • 3 sets x 3 reps @ 90%
  • 3 sets x 2 reps @ 100%
