  • Snatch Balance – 10 sets of 2 – increasing weight starting at 35% of max snatch
  • Split jerk work – 5 sets x 3 reps (50%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%)
  • Clean pulls – 3 sets by 2 @ 85%, 2 sets x 2 reps @ 90%
