a) WARM UP:

2 rounds of:

  • 10 banded good mornings
  • 10 ring rows
  • 10 mountain climbers
  • 10 jumping jacks
b) WOD:

  • 100 Tire Flips for time (heavy)

** every minute, 3 burpees

Time cap: 35 mins

c) ACCESSORY WORK:

  • Work on rope climbs – locking the rope on leg or legless
d) POST-WOD RECOVERY:

  • 2 min pigeon pose
  • 2 min couch stretch
  • 2 min roll your feet
