  • Row for 5 mins

3 Rounds for quality:

  • 40 Single Unders + 10-15 Double Unders
  • 10 squats
  • 5 push ups

Then, start with an empty bar and perform:

  • 5 Thrusters (empty)
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 7 Thrusters (75/55)
  • 25 DU
  • 9 Thrusters (95/65)
  • 35 DU

Rest 3-5 minutes.
