a) WARM UP:

DEATH BY!!!

  • Partner wall balls!  

** grab a partner and perform wall ball shots – start at 5…. Min 1 = 5, min 2 = 6, min 3 = 7 … go on til you can’t fit them in the minute.

b) WOD:

3 person partner wod – 1 person working, 2 people holding (split up the work how ever you want):

  • 120 burpees (2 partners hold front plank)
  • 90 S2OH (115/85) (2 partners hold handstand hold)
  • 60 power cleans (2 partners hang from pull-up rig)
  • 30 front squats (2 partners hold the bottom of air squat)
