a) WARM UP:

Tabata of the following to a max of 10 mins (20s on, 10s transition):

  • jumping jacks
  • burpees
  • goblet squat holds
  • front planks

 

b) STRENGTH:

Superset 3x:

Rest 1-2 mins

 

c) WOD:

5 Rounds for Time:

  • 5 power snatch (115/75)
  • 10 overhead squats (115/75)
  • 15 sit ups

 

d) ACCESSORY WORK:

  • Accumulate 30 strict HSPUs

 

e) RECOMMENDED MOBILITY:

  • adductors/quads – roll
  • psoas/ hip flexor – smash with lax
