b) STRENGTH:

Superset for 3 rounds:

  • Snatch Grip Deadlift – pick a weight that is moderate to heavy for 5 reps
  • Step Ups (bar on back) – pick a weight which is moderate to heavy for 5 reps per leg (start with weaker leg)

**Use the rounds to build and note your ending weight as your weight to start next week.

 

c) WOD:

Ascending Ladder for 7 Minutes:

  • 3 Ground To Over Head, 3 T2B
  • 6 GTOH, 6 T2B
