a) WARM UP:

Bring Sally Up!  ** coach’s choice of movement

 

b) PARTNER WOD:

Part A: Grab a friend and farmer carry 2 bars (each with 185/105) for 400m.

** every 100m, perform 10 burpees each.

***Every time you drop is 5 burpees.

Rest 2 mins

Part B: 2 rounds for time:

  • 20 partner d-ball over yoke (as heavy as possible)
  • 1 partner weighted sled drive – 50m (360/270)
