a) WARM UP:

row for 3 mins

10 mins AMRAP for quality:

  • 5 pushups
  • 5 jumping squats
  • 5 burpees
  • 5 thrusters (r1 = empty, r2 = 75/55)
  • 5 kb swings (53/35)

 

b) PARTNER WOD:

For time – 2 partner teams:

  • 20 partner deadlifts (both on the bar at the same time) (315/225)
  • 40 handstand pushups – partner 1 holds handstand while partner 2 does hspus (switch every 5)
  • 60 alternating box jumps (24/20)
  • 80 Russian style kb swings (53/35) – partner 1 does kbs while partner 2 holds bottom of squat (switch every 10)
  • 100 thrusters (75/55) – partner 1 does thrusters while partner 2 hangs on pullup bar (switch every 10)
  • 120 alternating burpees to plate (complete burpee by jumping onto 25# plate)
