- 20 partner deadlifts (both on the bar at the same time) (315/225)
- 40 handstand pushups – partner 1 holds handstand while partner 2 does hspus (switch every 5)
- 60 alternating box jumps (24/20)
- 80 Russian style kb swings (53/35) – partner 1 does kbs while partner 2 holds bottom of squat (switch every 10)
- 100 thrusters (75/55) – partner 1 does thrusters while partner 2 hangs on pullup bar (switch every 10)
- 120 alternating burpees to plate (complete burpee by jumping onto 25# plate)
