a) WARM Up:

6 min AMRAP – slow and for quality:

  • 10 burpees
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 5 empty bar squat cleans

 

b) HERO WOD:

Hotshots 19 – 6 rounds for time of:

  • 30 Air squats
  • 19 Power Cleans (135/95)
  • 7 Strict Pull-ups
  • Run 400 meters

 

Our thoughts are with everyone who’s lives have been disrupted due to the wildfire in Fort McMurray.
