APRIL FOOLS!!

a) WARM UP:

2x Between the posts

  • inch worm
  • knee pulls
  • Quad stretch
  • Bear crawl back

Then,

  • 10 leg swings – front/back & side/side
  • couch stretch – 1 min per leg

b) STRENGTH:

  • 20 min to establish 1 rep max Clean and Jerk
c) METCON:

5 rounds for time:

  • 15 wall balls (20/14)
  • 15 med ball cleans
d) ACCESSORY WORK:

  • 30 push ups
  • 30 T2B

e) RECOMMENDED MOBILITY:

  • quad stretch and foam roll
  • roll IT band and calves
  • T spine foam and double tennis ball roll
