a) WARM UP:
- Row for 5 mins
On floor clear of chalk lines, between posts:
- inch worm there
- 5 tuck jumps
- side shuffle back
- 5 push ups
- side shuffle there
- 10 jumping jacks
- bear crawl back
b) WOD:
For time:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-10 reps of:
- wall balls
- box jumps
- double unders x 3 (scale: no scale. You work on double under attempts)
c) RECOMMENDED MOBILITY:
- stretch calves on rig
- foam roll calves
- couch stretch
- foam roll quads
- foam roll thoracic
