9:00 – 10:00am class (please avoid the chalk lines)

a) WARM UP:

  • Row for 5 mins

On floor clear of chalk lines, between posts:

  • inch worm there
  • 5 tuck jumps
  • side shuffle back
  • 5 push ups
  • side shuffle there
  • 10 jumping jacks
  • bear crawl back

b) WOD:

For time:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-10 reps of:

  • wall balls
  • box jumps
  • double unders x 3 (scale: no scale.  You work on double under attempts)

c) RECOMMENDED MOBILITY:

  • stretch calves on rig
  • foam roll calves
  • couch stretch
  • foam roll quads
  • foam roll thoracic
