10 reverse grip dowel pass throughs

30 second wall facing handstand hold 

10 beat swings
B) 3 sets:

TNG Snatch x 6

Rest 90 sec between sets.
C) 5 rounds for time:

15 Power Cleans 115/75 lbs

15 Toes to bar

15 Double unders
