A) Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:

Minute 1: 6 Burpee Box Jumps 20″

Minute 2: 8 alternating pistols

Minute 3: 6 Chest to bar pull ups

Minute 4: 25 Double Unders
B) Workout 1: In teams of two:

Build to your 2 rep max OHS

7 minute time cap. Must use the same bar.
Rest 5 minutes.
Workout 2: For time:

M: 21-15-9 reps

Deadlift 275 lbs

30″ box jump

Then…

W: 21-15-9 reps

Deadlift 185 lbs

24″ box jumps
