15 toes to bar
30 double unders
B) Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
Minute 1: 4-6 unbroken Muscle ups
Minute 2: Hang clean (build as you go through the sets)
C) 4 sets:
135/95 lbs Ground to Overhead x 8 reps
Rest 2 minutes between sets.
