5 deadlift

5 high hang clean pulls

5 muscle cleans

5 push jerk
B) Every 3 minutes on the minute for 18 minutes:

Power Clean + Push Jerk

60% x 3

70% x 3

75% x 3

80% x 2

85% x 2

80% x 2
C) Remembrance Day Workout

18 minute AMRAP:

11 x hang power snatch 95 lbs/65 lbs

11 burpees

11 thrusters 95 lbs/65 lbs

11 box jumps 24″/20″
