B) Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes:

-work up to your heaviest touch and go double
C) Javorek

3 rounds for time, at 135 lb/95 lb:

6 Deadlifts

6 Sumo deadlift high pulls

6 Front squats

6 Push jerks

6 Back squats
