A) Warm up:

3 rounds at 65 lb/45 lb:

5 deadlift

5 high hang clean pulls

5 muscle cleans

5 push jerk
B) Every 3 minutes on the minute for 18 minutes:

Power Clean + Push Jerk

60% x 3

70% x 3

75% x 3

80% x 3

85% x 3

85% x 3
C)As many rounds as possible in 11 minutes:

15 deadlifts 115 lb/75 lb

15 Shoulder to overhead 115 lb/75 lb

15 Wall balls 20 lb/14 lb

Then at the 11 minute mark…

2 minutes of max rep burpees.
