1 min thoracic mobilization 

1 min couch stretch per leg

1 min runner’s lunge per side

10 back squat 225/135

10 deadlifts 275/185

400 m sprint 

Each partner completes 5 rounds. Only one partner works at a time. After Partner 1 completes their full round (comes back from their run), partner 2 starts their round.
