1 min Lat banded distraction per side

1 min pec smash per side

1 min couch stretch per side

1 min Roll out Thoracic

B) 20 Minute AMRAP: 

Partner 1: 200 m Heavy Farmer carry 

Partner 2: As many rounds of Cindy as possible.

-While partner 1 is doing the farmer carry, partner 2 completes as many rounds of Cindy as possible. Alternate for 20 minutes for max rounds.
